Everything is good here apart from salary and hikes. The management under Media and Entertainment is very friendly and supportive. There is no work pressure and it depends on projects.

1. It has been identified that the employees working on customer location didn't get the feeler of brand due to lack of basic amenities and logistics and no audit towards such facilities. 2. Reimbursement for the expenses made by employee takes longer and even sometimes didn't even processed and no one is even care about the same. 3. 2Months bench period. No projects. Please don't join at any situation. Joined new to Ltimindtree as Sr Salesforce developer They dont have projects simply they are hiring people without allocating project and putting on bench. After 2months your bench period will complete. Management and rules are not good. No benefits.No joining kit. Worst management.

Practice head Mr. Rajesh talekar is hopeless person. He doesn't care for his employees , he wants client to be happy but he doesn't know what his abaper/employees are doing for LTI. Never appreciate the employees for good work. Rajesh is Very rude , selfish person .when he will retire then change may come. Waiting for his retirement.

HAve been part of the LTIMindtree from past 3 years and so far its been a wonderful journey. they are trying to bring policies to balance work and personal life in a better way. most of the policies are employee friendly. have been supportive especially during covid times. so far i would say its a good ride and not a roller coaster ride.

for the resource who are part of the company from a long time they tend not to give promotion and salary hike as per the industry standards which i think is a major drawback if they want to retain talented and key resources in the company who can directly influence client to bring more project and resources

I am working in this company from October 5, 2015, I got good visibility in my project, good team and every year LTI conducted cricket before corona, so we got so many friends, and we interacted so many peoples.

Dislikes

The cricket tournament stopped after corona, so every year if we start again the cricket game in our company that would be great.
