-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

Promotion, job security, toxic work culture. They would hire experienced people in the transition phase, but once the project stabalises, they start removing experience people and recruit freshers.

Hybrid policy, for new Joiners after 60-90 days, they will not allow Hybrid. If you are not allocated to the project.

They will hire employee even they are not having opportunities, if they don't get any opportunity in future 3-4 months, HR will ask to resign and they will not allow Hybrid if you are on Bench, whoever is high aging on Bench and not getting any projects for their current location then Manager/WFM team will force to relocate to other locations/cities where the opportunities are available.

WLB : Promotion : Job Security Work satisfaction Company culture In my opinion , there are the some policies at ltimindtree that could use improvemt. here are a few instance that highlight my concerns. 1: Despite working 12 hrs on holidays, comp offs is n't granted if the office isn't physically visited that day. 2: Earned leaves are being deducted for not being present at the office, even when contributing a minimum of 11 hrs daily for a client. 3: Appraisal process are demotivating here .. often delayed , no arrears and ranging between 1-5 %....Read More

Policies have became very strict after the merger any personal or emergency situations arises they’ll force you to resign there will be no LOP or sabbatical option will be given to you. No projects for the skills learned we learn one thing we do the other things here irrelevant to the technology learned all goes to vain
