We should consider adopting a framework for increments and appraisals that aligns with market standards, especially for long-term employees. This would ensure that deserving individuals receive appropriate recognition and compensation adjustments. Such a framework could help maintain motivation and retain talent within the Company.

Hello Cognizant guys I have Exact 7 yrs of Exp in Java field I am expected to get Offer letter of 25LP Fixed +70k Variable with Cognizant = 25.7LPA Position is - Senior Associate Can you tell me is pay range less ? And position offered ? Will I be eligible for Appraisal if I join in June 2025 month ?
