There are no clear roadmap and guidance on the Career growth and roadmap. We are loosing more talented associates than the poor performers. This is giving opportunities for the other set of team members to stay back here just to sustain the situation. We are operating the same for the past 4 years. Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . The Experience is horrible , no encouragement for learning new skill, even if you are capable you won't get opportunity for other projects.

Management is worst it's all about favoritism, your work skills doesn't matter. Ltimindtree doesn't have any promotion policy in place , so once you are in next 10 years you will be end up making same money
