Work life balance is there. You get ample time for skill development. Leave policy is also good. Hybrid work culture increase your productivity. People is in the office are supportive

Dislikes

Increment cycle takes 1.5 years. Shuffling of resources to another project isn't smooth.

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

1. Appraisal (worst then any other major competitors) , doesn't even closer to any of the competitors benchmark. Range 1-2% depends on your special relationship building skills with managers specially ECA BU. 2. Bench policy (60days) but you rarely get support from work force management team meaning you are on your own

Hybrid policy, for new Joiners after 60-90 days, they will not allow Hybrid. If you are not allocated to the project.

Dislikes

They will hire employee even they are not having opportunities, if they don't get any opportunity in future 3-4 months, HR will ask to resign and they will not allow Hybrid if you are on Bench, whoever is high aging on Bench and not getting any projects for their current location then Manager/WFM team will force to relocate to other locations/cities where the opportunities are available.

Talent Acquisition team plays with candidate career, they take interview for one role and place candidate in a lower role everytime. HR do not response properly as well. Managers are not co-operative. No human emotions in LTI management. People are not getting leaves if they are unwell. L&T and LTIMindtree is totally different in terms of their work culture and employee job security. Don't go just for the sake of L&T. They only say we are doing hybrid mode but the people are not getting even one of WFH even they are sick. For me they took interview for Billing Supervisor and provided role for Sr. Billing Analyst by saying they don't have Supervisor role at the last moment and ask to leave if you can't continue. They don't provide hike as well to any employee HR only say they will provide but at last moment they ditch the employees. They mostly target employees who have career gap or who are serving notice period because those people will join at their terms they will not wait people to serve notice period and put them on hold....Read More

Some Managers are doing partiality based on south indian and north indian. They will give new opportunities to only those who are buttering them all the time. Talent or hard work will never get appreciated.

Policies have became very strict after the merger any personal or emergency situations arises they’ll force you to resign there will be no LOP or sabbatical option will be given to you. No projects for the skills learned we learn one thing we do the other things here irrelevant to the technology learned all goes to vain

There is no JOB security after 60 days on bench period, HR will send a mail and asked you to put paper on the same, projects are not as per your skills , all Projects are only technology support rather working on your skill sets

Job security , if your are join as contactor or third party pay roll so management will be 100% layoff without giving any notice , because i have completed only 10 moth after joining and management decide to layoff all

If you take early releiveing of 30 days with 30+ leaves also Payroll team deduct more money even by encashing leaves and no proper update in full and final settlement. And no proper update from HR team on deduction. Totally unfair...very disappointed Dear folks whoever wants early early releiveing please get the letter confirming on settlement and resign.

Good Organization and here work environment is ok. And depend on requirement you will get opportunity, otherwise wait for opportunity whenever its available, If our luck is good then I will get opportunity within a time line otherwise you can be outside as per policy.
