There are no clear roadmap and guidance on the Career growth and roadmap. We are loosing more talented associates than the poor performers. This is giving opportunities for the other set of team members to stay back here just to sustain the situation. We are operating the same for the past 4 years. Virtual teams/ groups available and opportunists are given only to the known people. Domestic Travel restrictions and we are unable to meet the larger teams in the other location. Dislikes

Hikes can be given more to outstanding resources and who have maintained outstanding ratings during their tenure. Acknowledgement of individual in Organisation's awards & recognition portal would be more encouraging instead of appreciating generally within a team.

1. Lot of bureaucracy. Sometimes for a smallest of issues, you have to run around to get it resolved due to complex processes. 2. Salary and benefits need to be improved for sure 3. Our talent should be retained as far as possible. Many employees are leaving the organization which is not a good sign.

Good place to work if you are in the right practice. It depends on your manager and your relationship with that person. The salary is credited on the 28th of every month. Opportunities to move across verticals and horizontals with less difficulty.

Dislikes

No clear HR policies on career progressions. It is up to the wish of the senior management as to when to award promotions. There are folks who receive promotions every year and there are folks who get it once in 5 years. Their SSC portal which is related to the finances is pathetic.

No job security for freshers. No work life balance for freshers. Trainees will be terminated if they don't clear "Milestones" every 15 work days. No time to learn or revisit concepts. 60% of freshers do not clear the Milestones as there is no time to revisit concepts. Only come to work here if you like being overworked.

1. Salary on time 2. Hybrid 3. Minimum six hours to be in office and remaining three hours we could regularize. 4. Separate team to schedule internal interview for project allocation called Work force management. 5. Learning sites like Shoshin school were useful for individual development.

1. Onboarding kit / Joining bonus were kept on hold from the month i joined. 2. Yet to receive headphones, hopefully will receive in future.

Lot of recent org changes, M&A has created some internal disparities which needs management attention to iron out ASAP.

LTIMindtree offers greater work life balance and it also gives chance to enhance own skills in various domain and also offers flexibility in working timings.

Dislikes

For me, Dislike about working at LTIMindtree is, They don't provide food especially in Cafetaria where they'll 45rs for the snaks, that too within the time limit (6:45 to 7:30) If it is available for whole day, then more people will get benefited.
