Even after having Work from home policy of Company, we have to get multiple approvals from practice head, manager even if they approve HR are worst, they will just drag thing and not approve any exception. There are no projects who are long term and if you are released from project they will just force you to join any worst project.Overall, this company have worst culture to work. Inside company always plays politics and if we come to bench then gone, we are struggling to get project. We have to begging to the Work Force management to show projects, I never seen this type of culture in any company, ideally if the person come to bench they have to assign projects to people, forcefully they are moving people's to outside.

Now I am not liking anything about LTIMindtree, when it was Mindtree Ltd. it was much more lovable company to work with.
Hike, main concern is hike. Even though I am top performer, I expected I will get good hike but LTIMindtree is not interested to give hike at all, we literally have to beg and fight for increasing hike percentage. Moreover, hike cycle always they jumped from April month to July and in 2024 they shifted to October. And they didn't had shame to eat our money and don't give us as Arrear. In 2023, they ate 3 months Arrear and in 2024 they ate 6 months Arrear....Read More

There is no job security. Even after they give you hybrid at the time of joining but after joining it will change to work from office, 5 days a week.
After joining the company you have to give minimum 2 round of interview to get client project. And after clearing the client interview most of the position will put on hold or cancelled. If you are a new joiner after 6 months they will ask you to leave.

I didn't like anything here.
I did not like anything there is no job security. In this company very few projects are there difficult to get the project because resources is more and requirement is very less. and after completing the 90 days on bench HR will force you to resign. which is unexpected.

This is the worst organization I have ever seen in my overall experience. There is nothing to like about this organization. Everyone here is fooling others nd not at all supportive. No project no work no job security and even worst is management.
Everyone please never join Ltimindtree they are losing projects and hiring 100 times employees which is creating very toxic environment for employees who are on bench and hr treat them like they don't exist only. They will not respond to your mail nor messages nor will they give clarity on term and policy and this is how they are wasting precious time of your career.

Keep employee put on the bench instead of giving project. Bench period is also only 2 months whoever served more than 1 year in LTIMINDTREE. After 2 months they would likely to extend bench period is only 2 weeks.

That it is in hybrid mode and the work is okay
There is no professionalism within the manager and leads, they will offboard you without any notice, even if you are the critical resource and upon asking the reason they dont even say the reason and on even if you are on your vacation they put you on bench and only 2 months before you find yourself another project, and if you are unlucky then your employment will be terminated as well
