It's a "middle class" company - people are kind and down to earth in general. Everyone is helpful. The culture used to be really good at Mindtree before the merger with LTI happened.
- Culture isn't good from a corporate standpoint. After the merger, culture went downhill. - People are not motivated to work - hiring practices are not good, general calibre of people is on the lower end. But for this salary, it's hard to get good candidates. - I joined in May 2022, and my salary increment has been 5% in the last ~years (it is Feb 2025 now). Infact in 2023, I got 2% hike even though my annual review rating was 3 out of 4. In 2024, I got a rating of 4 on 4 and my salary increment was 2.5%. - They change the annual review cycle to whenever they want. We are seeing appraisal cycle of 15-16 months each because they say they haven't been performing. But that's not true - the CEO doesn't take a pay cut. His earnings keep increasing while we don't get a hike. - They have way too many people on the bench but the company is also losing projects and accounts left right and centre to other competitors in the market. - HR and the Workforce Management team don't really care about you - they only focus on enforcing policies. Meaning if you've been on the bench for more than 60 days, they will call you and ask you to resign. - On projects, I've had to be online and support the US team at midnight/1-2 am even though I'm technically on a day time 9-6 shift. We don't get paid overtime and they just automatically expect us to work and be available at all times. - They ask you to come to office all 5 days if you're on the bench. And if you are non compliant, they deduct your leaves. That way when they ask you to resign, they don't have to compensate you for your leaves as part of the severance....Read More

1. Appraisal (worst then any other major competitors) , doesn't even closer to any of the competitors benchmark. Range 1-2% depends on your special relationship building skills with managers specially ECA BU. 2. Bench policy (60days) but you rarely get support from work force management team meaning you are on your own

Got to learn SAP 4 HANA
Talent Acquisition team plays with candidate career, they take interview for one role and place candidate in a lower role everytime. HR do not response properly as well. Managers are not co-operative. No human emotions in LTI management. People are not getting leaves if they are unwell. L&T and LTIMindtree is totally different in terms of their work culture and employee job security. Don't go just for the sake of L&T. They only say we are doing hybrid mode but the people are not getting even one of WFH even they are sick. For me they took interview for Billing Supervisor and provided role for Sr. Billing Analyst by saying they don't have Supervisor role at the last moment and ask to leave if you can't continue. They don't provide hike as well to any employee HR only say they will provide but at last moment they ditch the employees. They mostly target employees who have career gap or who are serving notice period because those people will join at their terms they will not wait people to serve notice period and put them on hold....Read More

After merge between Mindtree and L&T. Revised policy After merger is very bad and not Employee friendly. 60 Months bench policy is pathetic if you did not get any project, HR will call you and apply papers forcefully.

Now I am not liking anything about LTIMindtree, when it was Mindtree Ltd. it was much more lovable company to work with.
Hike, main concern is hike. Even though I am top performer, I expected I will get good hike but LTIMindtree is not interested to give hike at all, we literally have to beg and fight for increasing hike percentage. Moreover, hike cycle always they jumped from April month to July and in 2024 they shifted to October. And they didn't had shame to eat our money and don't give us as Arrear. There is no job security. Even after they give you hybrid at the time of joining but after joining it will change to work from office, 5 days a week.
After joining the company you have to give minimum 2 round of interview to get client project. And after clearing the client interview most of the position will put on hold or cancelled. If you are a new joiner after 6 months they will ask you to leave.

I didn't like anything here.
I did not like anything there is no job security. In this company very few projects are there difficult to get the project because resources is more and requirement is very less. and after completing the 90 days on bench HR will force you to resign. which is unexpected.
