Leave policy is very bad ,sick leave minimum 3days to take and submit hospital discharge summary. Even employees not getting minimum hike 2 % Outsource and no team will available individual contribution required.

Policies, salary, appraisal's, It's the Mid level employees who suffer mostly. After integration with Mindtree, everything has gone wrong despite ceo bragging about the pipeline deals

Some projects were better, but not all. People are not ready to give you a chance in a new domain even if you're ready to give your 100% to learn a new skill. Overall a 2.75/5 rating.

Things were very good when Mindtree was existing as an entity, but after the merger entity LTIMindtree came into effect, things went haywire. Especially in terms of promotions & hikes, LTIMindtree was the worst last year, with highest hike percentage of normal employees at around 2.5-3%. & after the merger, normal things such as theleave policies, especially sick leaves etc. become bad & even the work was not that great. HAve been part of the LTIMindtree from past 3 years and so far its been a wonderful journey. they are trying to bring policies to balance work and personal life in a better way. most of the policies are employee friendly. have been supportive especially during covid times. so far i would say its a good ride and not a roller coaster ride.

for the resource who are part of the company from a long time they tend not to give promotion and salary hike as per the industry standards which i think is a major drawback if they want to retain talented and key resources in the company who can directly influence client to bring more project and resources

There are some likes if not none for learning opportunity by applying to courses.

There is a lot to dislike. The promotions are really bad. Compensation to work ratio is very poor and you will always feel under paid. You can sell samosa and earn more than working here. The managers know that you should be promoted and your compensation should be revised but they will not do it.
