Hi folks, I have been working as a backend developer for the last 3 years. When I joined my company I had 4 lpa, now I have only 5 lpa. I got promoted to senior software engineer from software engineer. It's like a dry promotion. For the last 3 months I have been proactively looking for a job change. But not receiving a single interview call. I am updating my naukri profile daily. My primary skills are node.js, express.js, postgresql, jest and Secondary skills are Python and Pythons FastAPI framework And also I know the fundamentals of AWS like APIG, Lamda, cloudwatch, secrets manager, ecs fargate... I have to serve a 90 day notice period which is non negotiable. Please let me know if there is anything to learn or to be done from my side to get a good opportunity with good ctc. Thanks.....

Everything...I worked as support engineer...even though I showed my worth being an employee of the month and trust me I was the only fresher to get this at that time. They made me work for 2 weeks continues including weekends I even worked on behalf of my colleagues. They didn't approve my leaves for 4 months, our manger forced me to work even though I had health issues. My work hour was 5:30 am to 3:00pm but sometimes we needed to work behind our work hours...you believe it or not I didn't even use to get time to eat or p**...so much pressure. You believe it or not more than 200 people left the company because of this management. Even the fresher who Joined while I was serving notice period was absconded 😂😂you can decide what kind of work life balance had.. I will leave it to your imagination....Read More
