Ltimindtree is good company but few project have toxic people after joining they will start targeting you and make you feel down at every moment

Dislikes

Please do not join company randomly as there is no specific job role according to your qualifications In single project multiple managers they always rule never understand your problem they should increase employee number that will be more productive and company will grow managers and directors while we work they do chit chat whichis really disturbing and worst work culture and management don't take any action after informing the act of managers and directors....Read More

Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance
