No project inside the organization but there hiring the experience candidate and after 6 month there asking to pit papers After merging l&t and mindtree the internal team was not coordinate old l&t emp are not listening Mindtree emp vice versa so no coordinate inside the organization and no new project are there only replace of old emp

All are good if you are in project. If you are not in project they will fire you immediately. Bench policy is 60 calander days. No one help you to get a project while you are on bench.

Dislikes

If you are on bench they will treat you like a waste in dustbin. Bench manager will call you at midnight for interview and can threat you. Though there is no opportunity but still LTIMindtree will hire you and put you in bench and after 60 days they will fire you. Think twice before joining to LTIMindtree. After merging with Mind tree all policies are changed in LTI. Now no job security at all for a senior resources who have experience more than 4-5 years in LTI. Once you are on bench they are ready to fire you. Once you are on bench they will force you to relocate to other city....Read More
