The encouragement and support from Managers in my Business Unit in LTIMindtree is very good. LTIMindtree is a very supportive workplace environment.

Dislikes

No major dislikes. Company is very good. But however, it would be better if the yearly increments are given a little higher.

Personally speaking, I got to work on different tech stack, so the experience of learning/developing the skillset was decent enough. Apart from that, I was handed a promotion within 2 years, so the appraisals are also good as of now. Cab service is a plus point for certain shifts (the one that I work in)

Dislikes

The management of resources within a project especially if you are a good one (no offense to anyone) is messed up, the work load is humongous. And they try to pull you into other client accounts without any proper compensations, and grind out your hours/efforts. Food at office premise definitely needs to improve

One of my worst decisions ever to join this. Its been 1 month i have joined and i am so badly harassed and tortured every day by the team. After complaining to hr the hr here is the most biased. All the team and hr team has ganged up and now harrasing altogether. Being on bench is worst then being a criminal in lti. HR tries to prove the problems which i am facing is due to my personal problems and the actual problems which i am facing are not even discussed.. i am being told this is one of the best BU but it is actually the worst. They treat you as slave. 2 days wfo policy is there but told that you have to come 3 days ti office and if you dont come your leave will be cut. When discussed this with hr the hr changes the topic. The politics here is stronger then our governments politics. Being new in this organization makes people think that we own her. They have no respect and care. Have unethical practices as HR's also have unprofessional connections with managers so even you complaint against manager no action taken against managers.no promotions since 3 years got always hike of 2percentage in annual promotions.

There's lots of focus on Skill development with the latest technologies such as Gen AI, Copilot, Azure Cloud Services, Cosmos DB apart from regular learning of core technologies like Dotnet core, Web API and so on. There's is work life balance and work satisfaction. Domain knowledge needs a little more brush up across the firm.

There is no job security. Even after they give you hybrid at the time of joining but after joining it will change to work from office, 5 days a week.

After joining the company you have to give minimum 2 round of interview to get client project. And after clearing the client interview most of the position will put on hold or cancelled. If you are a new joiner after 6 months they will ask you to leave.

This is the worst organization I have ever seen in my overall experience. There is nothing to like about this organization. Everyone here is fooling others nd not at all supportive. No project no work no job security and even worst is management.

Everyone please never join Ltimindtree they are losing projects and hiring 100 times employees which is creating very toxic environment for employees who are on bench and hr treat them like they don't exist only. They will not respond to your mail nor messages nor will they give clarity on term and policy and this is how they are wasting precious time of your career.

Keep employee put on the bench instead of giving project. Bench period is also only 2 months whoever served more than 1 year in LTIMINDTREE. After 2 months they would likely to extend bench period is only 2 weeks.

There is no professionalism within the manager and leads, they will offboard you without any notice, even if you are the critical resource and upon asking the reason they dont even say the reason and on even if you are on your vacation they put you on bench and only 2 months before you find yourself another project, and if you are unlucky then your employment will be terminated as well

It really depends on the project you are allocated to and the team that you are working with. I got a great and supportive team. I have greater flexibility in working hours since our client is US based. Get to learn and explore a lot of new stuff.

Dislikes

The company is very bad at giving increments. There have been delays in giving the increment and even then, it is a joke. There is support from the Higher management when asked for the same.
