It keeps tests (coderpad test)on our primary skills, which is very useful thing.

Dislikes

If new joinee doesn't allocated in a project, then it is organization fault. I don't understand why they are forcing us to resign from the company. This is the biggest dislike that many of the employees facing there.

No projects. It has 90 days since date of joining not only me many candidates are in bench, worst experience.very bad.

Company has absolutely no projects Hr is so irresponsible They give 45 rupees snack in the evening the queue to avail that starts from 1 hour before the designated time They ask bench employees to come to office daily 🙄 whats the absolute point of doing so other companies follow exact opposite of this They changed my base location to other part of city to collect anything like mouse or diwali gift i gotta travel 3 hours to get it The higher management is trash The hardware they provide they gave me i3 7th gen laptop and even after multiple requests they are not providing me another one Didnt even provided a bag to carry it They dont understand the term learning curve 5 days to learn react No party culture as well like seimens or accenture There internal websites suck I would request any fresher not to join the company For me they took more than 1.5 years to get onboarded to company...Read More

I really enjoy being here at LTIM for several reasons. Collaborative work environment which makes it easy to connect with colleagues. I gained knowledge and I get a chance to work on meaningful projects.

After merge between Mindtree and L&T. Revised policy After merger is very bad and not Employee friendly. 60 Months bench policy is pathetic if you did not get any project, HR will call you and apply papers forcefully.

Inside company always plays politics and if we come to bench then gone, we are struggling to get project. We have to begging to the Work Force management to show projects, I never seen this type of culture in any company, ideally if the person come to bench they have to assign projects to people, forcefully they are moving people's to outside.

Now I am not liking anything about LTIMindtree, when it was Mindtree Ltd. it was much more lovable company to work with.

Hike, main concern is hike. Even though I am top performer, I expected I will get good hike but LTIMindtree is not interested to give hike at all, we literally have to beg and fight for increasing hike percentage. Moreover, hike cycle always they jumped from April month to July and in 2024 they shifted to October. And they didn't had shame to eat our money and don't give us as Arrear. No work satisfaction from managers and clients also. Too much work pressure of tasks. Have unethical practices as HR's also have unprofessional connections with managers so even you complaint against manager no action taken against managers.no promotions since 3 years got always hike of 2percentage in annual promotions.

There's lots of focus on Skill development with the latest technologies such as Gen AI, Copilot, Azure Cloud Services, Cosmos DB apart from regular learning of core technologies like Dotnet core, Web API and so on. There's is work life balance and work satisfaction. Domain knowledge needs a little more brush up across the firm.

There is no job security. Even after they give you hybrid at the time of joining but after joining it will change to work from office, 5 days a week.

Dislikes

After joining the company you have to give minimum 2 round of interview to get client project. And after clearing the client interview most of the position will put on hold or cancelled. If you are a new joiner after 6 months they will ask you to leave.
