1) Work Satisfaction. 2) Work life balance. 3) Some of the benefits like Special day holiday ; Domiciliary and so on. 4) Opportunity to grow ourself.

Dislikes

1) Leaves Encashment restrictions. 2) Leaves lapsed policy. 3)Employees must now pay for the new term insurance premium or choose to opt-out. Previously, all the employees automatically had this coverage based on their grade. 4) Very less classroom trainings in terms of new technology.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

LTIMindtree - Contract to Full Time

Hi All, I have 12+ years of experience in IT. I worked for IBM, TCS, WIPRO in full time. I'm from 10+3 (After 10th, full time 3 Years computer science diploma). Now I'm working with LTIMINDTREE with vendor payroll. LTIMindtree is now telling we can't convert you from Contact to Full Time due to my education and there is no exception. Do you know anyone recently converted/joined in LTI with 13 years of education?
