Now I'm working with LTIMINDTREE with vendor payroll. LTIMindtree is now telling we can't convert you from Contact to Full Time due to my education and there is no exception. Constant hustle culture. Too much one-upmanship between heritage LTI and current set of people joined from the other large company. Blatant support to progression of people joining from same company. Non-inclusivity - thinks only what they have experienced is always the best, which undermines genuine capability.
