Worst company ever, managers are always shouting, not human, no credit for your hard work, always promote employees who are in their good books (bcz of personal favours) Leadership team not reachable and knows ground reality, no option left and employees leave. No watch or audit to watch the managers action.

Office politics, indecent behaviour by bosses and Sr. leadership. Leadership doesn't care about employees, they don't even listen to employee's situation and problems. Politics is very bad, no clarity on roles and no appreciation at all.
