Pathetic work experience, u will end up finding yourself as a telecaller. Yes u will get a good salary, but it will be on the cost of deteriorating your whole career. U won't get any value in the other banks, because all others know the bad quality of books, credit card telecalling, etc.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

I had applied for rehire in the bank for the role of sales manager. I waited for the job offer after documentation for almost one and a half month. Every day during follow up I used to get different reasons from HR for the delay. Due to the commitment with the interviewer I rejected the offer I got from 2 companies. After all this what I get to hear from HR is that my job application has got rejected because for last many years I was not in the banking sector and I dont have banking experience. False information during Interview on offered job profile. Bad Work culture and no work life balance . BAD office politics impacting peoples CAREER. Due to above had to quit without any offer in hand to keep myself mentally healthy Most of the work is manual and not automation scopes. Company is still working in 90s style.
