They can make some plan for outing and it will Help to get connection with the employee and all of them would know each other very well. So they nobody would get bore over there. They can plan some outdoor games too for The fitness of the employee . It will be beneficial for the company growth And will also motivate the employee to do the job passionately. Never get more out of it. Thank you

Toxic work culture they made you to work on all Saturday's and even govt holidays and moreover on Sunday also and lot of concalls they won't allow you to work and worst HR and using lot of un parliamentary works etc., hence not to recommend this bank for my enemy also.

Office timing is very good, no one works after 6.30pm( 9.30am-6.30pm). Work life balance is very good here.

Promotion is just for namesake.

Worst. Attendance not regularise if you're not eligible for incentive. Except 2nd Saturday all days are working including month end Sunday and some government holidays also. Harsh words used by SM. Bank policy is tough. You need survival skill to work in this organisation

100% job secured untill the officer involved into a unerased disciplinary mistakes. He/she will be survived for decades.

Dislikes

Not a salary match for vintages basis market norms, new joiners provide more CTC than the existed floor managers. Pay scale revision should effectively implement for designation & grade wise.

While employees have skills and known, the immediate bosses who don't have that much expertise, assume the subordinates will supercede them in work and talent and will work sincerely to eliminate them out of the organisation, convincing the subordinates that they stand by us but the super boss and supervduper boss doesn't want them

Dull headed folks given head position like zonal head , regional head and made to spoil eam morale and disrupt
