I have a good opinion about the job culture of IndusInd bank, it has a robust management team. They are very helpful and supportive, operation and sales team has a good coordination, which in turn makes it very smooth to work without stress.

Dislikes

Bad working environment Much pressure and sales target Sales manger Dhanjaya not good,My boss uses swear words and other immoral language at work. Can I report this to HR if it is just in general and not directed at me

I hope I could give zero. There is nothing to like apart from bank FD rates because it is competitive than other bank and because of that you will find 70% are senior citizens customer and they will not invest any money apart from FD. Anyway coming to the next part. Work life balance is hell here please take proper feedback from friends or colleagues about BM or CH before joining or else it is going to be a nightmare in your life and trust me you will regret like anything after joing and even after leaving the company they will hold your salary for 60 days and mention that it is company policy. Work culture in branch is worst manager treat employees like slave , everyday in branch manager force to sit till night 9 for sales target, manager shout and behaves like D grade school principal. All process are worst!! No support for technical team or any other team for any type of issue
