Work culture in branch is worst manager treat employees like slave , everyday in branch manager force to sit till night 9 for sales target, manager shout and behaves like D grade school principal. All process are worst!! No support for technical team or any other team for any type of issue

I don't like anything at indusind bank culture and we cannot believe HR systems. HR department will never support to employees it's very poor.

Everything is dislike only. Now all the banking system behaving like vegetable market. How they sell vegetables with their bigger voice same like banks are selling their products like that only.
