Being employed in Retail Banking, the only thing that is good to discuss about is that you will learn the basics of Banking and Banking operations.

Dislikes

Terrible, horrifying, cunning, superiors, bosses, HR, work culture (here, I refer to the retail banking division), *no dignity of job and job position, *no work life balance, *no growth opportunities *extensive sales pressure *no appreciation for efforts *job role mismatch between job and job description Worst place to work for if someone has to make a career, never look for this organization not even blindfolded. Need not mention about the salary part coz you won't get much to talk about ....here salary decreases (which already is the worst paid to discuss for) with increase in Your grade or work class. Retail banking division is based on the the quantum of the sales and only sales. On papers the job says to be the service delivery manager, but in reality I had to pursue sales and only sales
