there is nothing to like north(uttar pradesh) culture of Indusind bank while in other state its good to work with indusind

salary structure , promotion and increament culture if you work with indusind salary growth is 2% in a year ie. if you join on 10000/- salary after 10 year you will reach 15-17 thousand while your grade will increase as CM,AVP,AVP1 also after leave the job if you want to join other bank you are unable to give proper reason why your salary is low
