Overall it is horrible experience for me. Zero motivation, work pressure by seniors, working with out dated process, No job security, Harsh and abuse language use by reporting Managers, No support during pandemic. Lots of politics between seniors and other departments employee.

Dislikes

No support from seniors management doesn't address our issue. HR team and policy is only for name all rights in hands of one people from State. No induction after joining, no confirmation of location before joining they give as per requirement. No work satisfaction after day completion, there is only scares and tension in mind

Work Details

I shifted my native location, but no senior help me or support to set a market. No visit of seniors and if we answer them they avoid us about our feedback. Only truth is what they said. For my harassment senior tell me to travel 110 kms without reason.

It is fine to work in the bank, it is also well known Bank brand, people can enjoy work, it's helpful also for further career point of view.

Dislikes

Honestly saying as my experience, they are more aggressive to do new business and don't have benefits scheme or any motivational of the employee, this is purely my feelings and experience.
