As per my experience, as a fresher I joined indusind bank all the teammates Or senior of mine given me a hand for learning the work at here. For me it a great experience.

If I truly said, nothing is like about not only about Indusind bank, they just offer a good package and work pressure is less than other banks

Indusind bank provided no one facility , if there only one selective team outing that will depend on team and branch, Indusind bank provided nothing .not even cab facility

Not a very good company to work for as the growth is absolutely negligible.

Dislikes

False commitments and not keeping the words. For example hundreds of contests are declared but none is materialized even if somebody acheives it or not. Pathetic payor and yearly appraisals happen in 2 yrs
