Not proper training . Work culture is very bad Huge pressure and if unable to deliver then use own fund . Leaking leg upper management by Bm nd ASM for there won't job security and appraisal.

Work culture is just pathetic... No place for growth... As a RM, the only ask is to bring your own base of customers and do not depend on the banks books... Bank needs to introspect there approach if they are doing lateral hiring.

There is no job security in Synergy department (Vehicle Loan) in IndusInd Bank, branch people are not supportive in providing leads, management led by RSM Mr Samrat Chakraborty and ASM Mr Smarajit Bhar is extremely toxic as they will continuously pressurise to resign forcefully from the organisation if anyone does not achieve the sales target every month and the sales target provided by the management is beyond expectations, the practices followed inside is extremely faulty. Nothing to like, very poor management and most important thing is there is no support at the time of crisis like medical emergency at your home, They did not bothered about anything but business.

Dislikes

No support no help no body listen about your crisis or situation, they are only bothered about business, Mis commitments made by them from recruitment till your resignation.
