There is nothing to like. From on-board to process all are pathetic. The bank itself is struggling to keep its existence in market. From a customer point of view also the bank's service and on line platform are pathetic.

Only managers i got good . Rest everything is worst, from timings, to salary to work culture

Very poor in terms of salary . They give you promotion if you perform well but salary hike is very low since the basics are low only. Forget about work life balance. Especially the operations guys. You will work for 10- 12 hrs everday, and at the end of the year you have nothing. No hike, no incentives (even if you top the nation in doing sales and business), very low bonus.

The work culture is very bad, especially the reporting managers are just toxic people. They demoralise you rather than influence and inspire. The bank is fond of one thing and that is money. I was in ARD and trust me when I say that they treat you like some commodity which can be used and used only. And you can be assured that at the end end of the day whether your mental health is good or bad they don't care and they won't be bothered by your sad situation. Moreover they do nothing, so that your mental health can improve. You are put under extreme demands and unimaginable pressure both mentally and physically for every day. My opinion is don't join there as the internal workings of the bank is just next to a slum.

Working environment is very poor Unprofessional beviour from Managers. Senior manager encourage to do miss sales to complete do his target. Every Month working on 4th Saturday and last Sunday working.Every day Manager was sleeping in front on all employee after lunch.Every working days there is fix time for login but no fix time for logout from office.To

Relative job stability. But work culture is bad. Also the pay structure is probably the worst in the industry. For fresher it's a good company but for the experienced personnel it is not a good company.
