Appraisal very bad my performance rating 5 /4.5 4 to 5 % very bed other bank bonus but this bank not provide bonus no Diwali gift very disappointed otherwise business no pressure

Average salary is good as compared to the competition banks.

Work culture is pathetic as they also call you office on holidays. Also they only focus on accounts and life insurance. If you fail to do life insurance then there will be problems for you. Also the services are very bad as they take around 2 weeks to open an simple savings account.

Nothing. They just pay you well...!! But targets are high as well Once you start working they will behave like you are slave. No HR department. No one to listen. Worst bank to work. Can join only if you are capable of doing business of your family member friends or relatives that too only for one year. Only good thing as of now is there is mandate of closing branch at 7 to 7:15

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No traning and learning. Currently all the senior like country head and state head is on Regine and 1 month back some more PPL have left from top management. After resignation they will make your life hell and will treat you like slave.

...ur company and also myself one of the part this victory. So I am very happy... All factor is good but my initial stage salary is very low so our company is not breach his rules, I need to handle my family this salary is not enough...but I love my Roll....

No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support . Manager use their power to spoil employee life. Unrealistic target . This is not bank these are insurance company. They only focus on insurance. No proper training. No proper support . Second thing if u have do pr die situation then join Indusind bank other wise explore your self and search other opportunities. Hr not received your call . Hr will also not understand your problem even you share medical thereafter they will not relieve you . Hr is only for name and position. Huge politics . If you hard worker employee and source good business then managers will map your clients to his favourite employee. They will treat you like you are slave. (Convulsion) Pls don’t join until and unless you have do or die situation either join for 1 or 6 months after resigned )
