Nothing. They just pay you well...!! But targets are high as well Once you start working they will behave like you are slave. No HR department. No one to listen. Worst bank to work. Can join only if you are capable of doing business of your family member friends or relatives that too only for one year. Only good thing as of now is there is mandate of closing branch at 7 to 7:15

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No traning and learning. Currently all the senior like country head and state head is on Regine and 1 month back some more PPL have left from top management. After resignation they will make your life hell and will treat you like slave.

Work Details

No personal life. Office timing is 9:45 to 6:15 but they will call you at 9 and leave you by 7 not before 7

While hiring they will give you nice package. You will be exited.

After joining you will not get time to learn the process of the bank. Because they will tell upfront that you have not been hired for providing services to the customer. After completion of 3 months you will start listening that "if you can't then leave the company we can hire 2 more people in your salary". Senior managers are leastbother about your efforts because they want only result. Requesting everyone think 10 times before joining this company. Managers threatening saying " If Life Insurance will not happen today then you will see hell in your life today and go wherever you can complain against me I am least bother" There are lot of things to say but I can not explain everything in this. But before joining this company ask your friends or resources and take a genuine feedback then take your decision....Read More
