IndusInd Bank is very good organisation in terms of doing business but they are not giving salary hike/appraisal for are employees those who are working since last five years.

90% people resigned on 3 months People who serve 3 yr , 4 yr in other banks , didn't survived No job security Worst culture Managers used to shoutout Abusing culture This bank is bleeding for new customer Everyone asking for resigne here Branch manager, channel head , zh , rh. every person will get ask for resign from 1st month every morning. Every one have to open savings account everyday otherwise person have to resign. If someone can not open 40 accounts in 2 month person will get pressurized for resignation. Have to through pamphlets in park and have to stand in mall , have to run in local market to ask about account weather you are Mba or CA.. they are going to behave you like slave .

They are here only to earn money from the employees. They dedcut your salary twice if u take a leave during notice period. Their appraisals do not happen before nov. When u receive your accurals the increment given is not even 2%. No culture. No respect for employees.

There isn't any work culture here. Everything sucks here. Salary you will get on time

...ars and he gets nothing from the company when he lost his life while in service. The corporate salary Team is one big joke consisting of all jokers. They make you work on all Saturdays and other holidays. No training will be provided to new employees. You have to learn by your own. All you have to do here is beg, borrow and steal. By hook or crook you need to do business. Quality doesn't matter here quantity matters. If you're being yourself then you will be screwed. You have to be like his slave and always be obidient to him like he's Jesus Christ. One of the worst company to work. And the way your boss communicates will be way different . For any issue or if the commitments didn't happen you will be told to resign and will be taken for a ride. He won't listen to you all he needs is MIS. He won't trust his team. Alot of people are leaving this company and a few are joining but soon they will also leave. You will get petrol allowances very less. Extra benefits. You will be getting 20% of what u spend for petrol as allowances. If you think shouting and behaving like a brat will bring you business then you're wrong. That's is guys you take a call.

...cs are so bad. HR Policies are so pathetic. HR person are puppet of management . No any salary hike and appraisal given after 6month.
