We are told to work from home..There is no pay cut for us.Only if CTC is above 25LPA there is a pay cut.We sre given instructions bon daily basis.There is also online seminars,yoga, counseling for employees.

Job security are not there they're just hired and not given time to understand the process and not given time to get relationship with customer and fired they're expecting immediate results.from existing organisation.manager are not helpful.not action oriented toward stuff's problem.
