Nothing to like about this place. They will give you impossible targets and ask for business everyday. Even they abuse you as well. It's better to switch to other bank.

Dislikes

Here in kotak mahindra bank ghaziabad, branch head is puspender and CH is amit Shrivastava. Both of them are biased towards female workers. They are enjoying their life they do nothing and in the evening ask for business. They do nothing to support the co workers.

culture is good from company side. Working process is good for senp income consider for higher side. also good for lazy and shameless employees those are not like overload work, spend time accordingly. also flexible time.

Lot of Vintages seniors there above 5 years old also 8 to 10 years old. Those are treat company and employees according. Lengthy work process take lot of time closed the cases. No tat meters even though customer salaried and senp. Minimal staff in opps take more time for disbursal not separate team for all products. Staff are being torture brutal behaviour no off allowed by NOM. It is like own proprietorship firm being run in Kotak bank by Retail Assets operations senior management specialy I would like to name Mr.John Fernandes Not good over all

Manually interventions no automation in system so pathetic kind of processing of entire system It like Kotak is running 10 yrs behind then what HDFC , ICICI and Axis are using interface. Bank is not bad but specially the working capital group is very bad the reason is the RBH is not good. He humiliated every employees.

Bank is not Bad but specially the working capital team culture is very bad and the reason is only for RBH. he is humiliated every employees. He forced to work for sunday specially month end holidays. Appraisal is not transparent it's all about RBH hand.
