You get a job as an RO i.e Relationship Officer who renders services to the customer & at the same time cross sells the products.But the pain is that you only get CASAs & fee income products like insurances to offer especially in urban areas where there is a high potential for overall products & competition as well with much higher targets to achieve & pressure as well.I don't know how they expect from an employee who is been recruited to sell liability products but in reality without any assets & other attractive products ..not even car loan to attract a customer .I think it's a disastrous experience for people who look to work hard & achieve something professionally....Read More
