Dislikes

The work is always there but so does the bench period. Sometimes you will have to settle for the less as it's a lottery based system for assignment of projects for freshers and you will have to be patient in terms of growth. People starting from absolute zero, it will take decades to reach a substantial level of financial security but there is no easy ladder to reach any required level.

This is the worst organisation ever when it's comes as compensation, hikes and promotions.No value for performance. They only compensate and promote people based on their state , degree, religion and caste even if they don't have the bare minimum eligibility to deserve that. Extra work hours, no compoff and pay for Saturday's support. Terrible managers who does not give leave eventhough you have 101 degree celsius fever. No appreciation and lot of politics. Worst management. They only care about the client and not about the employee's life. Due to stress, i resigned from Infosys without any offer.

Highly toxic work culture. Unit heads run the units as their private enterprises. Very fragile egos. Asking any question can be a reason enough for them to spoil your career. Unit heads create fake proofs for promoting their favorites and also they do the same when they have to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection andnot for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion....Read More

Doing unproductive tasks in the project. Productive work will be 30-40 % . Rest is unproductive work like excel work, documenting etc. Career is doomed working with such organisation. The worst is the management. They give a deaf ear to our expectations, issues etc. Always lazying and only waking up when the client makes any sound. Such an unprofessional organisation.
