Dislikes

No promotion, no recognition, no appreciation, no value for an individual. No work life balance. They don't care even if you die, they will still ask you to report to the office. They will make your life miserable as the day passes. Slowly and steadily you will start doubting yourself whether if you are capable of doing something ornot. They will never let you grow.
