Pay is very bad. Hike from 2023 is still pending and hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. Trainings and Knowledge Base is really good at the company. Best place for a great learning curve and start to the career. I also have a good work life balance here. The culture is great. Everything depends on the project you get. Since it is a large organisation one has to create their own visibility. I have had a great experience here overall.

Salary hikes are very very slow. Secondly, i have received 20 -25% hike as well but the process involved is such a drag. Promotions are slow too. Despite being an outstanding performer for 2 years consecutively, i have not been promoted once in the last 3.5 years. Only received a progression, which is not a job level change.

Extra work hours, no compoff and pay for Saturday's support. Terrible managers who does not give leave eventhough you have 101 degree celsius fever. No appreciation and lot of politics. Worst management. They only care about the client and not about the employee's life. Due to stress, i resigned from Infosys without any offer.
