in this company we have some dislikes like as compared to NFC and OFC food taste is complete different and without intimation HR will decide and removing the employee.

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

The campus and the sports activity zone are great. I never got a chance to play though, always busy with work.

Work culture especially in my project, I cannot say this about other projects but I heard it was more or less the same.

Everything problem, no proper project, no proper facilities to sit if you want to go office you have to chase your seats via application otherwise you will get seats, if you don't go office they wont approve your timesheets so LOP. Initially, they ill say they have all project post on boarding even if your IL employee they ill put into BPO projects which will start by 10PM to 5AM. no promotions no appraisal from the company if you ask about appraisal manager will say its the company's decision. if they decided not to give appraisal or promotion then what is the use of filling goals and other stuff? it's all joke in this environment, this is only for selected regions people and who don't want to work or maintain the dignity in work place....Read More

Working culture is totally depends upon client and project. For our project there WFO-hybrid is not mandatory upto JL5 l, so that is good thing for me.

Dislikes

Appraisal/promotion not happened sonce last 3 years, no project party, no team lunch, no diwali bonus/gift. Comp-off will get if you worked for 2 days then only you get 1 comp-off, no extra pay.

I like working at Infosys Ltd because of the positive work environment and the campus, which is full of greenery. It creates a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere that enhances productivity and overall well-being.

What I dislike about working at Infosys Ltd is the salary and promotion rating system. The salary is quite low, and even though I received a promotion, the increment was not significant. Moreover, I haven’t received an appraisal in the last three years, which has been quite discouraging.

Practically speaking and being candid, Infosys has become one of the most annoying and anti-employee culture. It was good that the tab line "Powered by Intellect and Driven by values" was removed at right time. Now neither this organization has any talent left nor the company is able to hire good talent from outside. Infosys believes in piling up Cash Pile and being ecstatic about it always with no money spent on acquisitions or mergers, etc. and depriving the employees of their basic human rights. Recent blunder done by Infosys Founder hasn't realized that a statement made callously could convert the entire IT industry into a Living Hell. I Today, IT employees are being pushed to work for 10-12 hours min and many times incl weekends too. Has the organization forgotten that the profits and cash pile on which the organization sits today is just because of the poor humans who are now being equated to machines making them work like donkeys with not even paying 100% of the CTC committed in papers, stopping promotions and delayed or negligible hikes. How does Mr Murthy think that a human being could ever think of working in Infosys having an all round Toxic culture, no human values, anti-employee policies that just forces the employee to get into a state of shock and awe leading to generating a living body but a dead soul. They put me i a project which was totally out of my knowledge and eberyone was atleast had more than 5 years of experience in those projects. They gave me bad rating because i didnt outperform, i did meet expectations even in the field i didnt know anything about. They changed the eligibility criteria for promotions everytime when i was eligible. Skill Development They have Lex portal Which more then university or wikipedia of technology , you can learn any technology from there as per your time also skill trainnig is provided

Mangers Like "Maulik " and "Anmol " are not good , they misguide the new fresher before taking in projects . these leads are insuficent with technical skill it will create lots of unecessarynoice in project , thing which can be done in hours , ussually take weeks becuase of skill gap in senior roles of lead and mangers , they are in the organization since 10 or 12 years so they became lead and mangers, even junior system associate technical skill is better then this leads and managers , specially i have wroked two telecomunication domian project i.e, Proximus and Telenet where Gpm is rude they dont even talk properly.
