Salary breakage is worst and they are never disclose this before joining, also they are talking about process but its always change as per the requirement and if you do mistake manager are directly gives you warning and job threat like I will fire you.

Only 20 leaves annually (5 per quarter, 4 per quarter if you're on probation). They are offering salary on basis of number of experience not with individual skills. Too many deductions in salary as per policy.

I don’t like much aspects in infosys and its policies.

First of all there will be no hikes even you work more than 4 years and even if you work up to your mark exactly when the appraisal time they’ll release from the project so that you can’t ask them for appraisal if you ask for appraisal they will say you are not in the project till the projected time so you are not applicable for appraisal.

They hire a 2 year experienced person and give them above 16LPA and their own employees with 5 years experience get only 5-7LPA on same designation. No hikes, no support, nothing being done for employee wellness, most of the projects works on weekends as well. People are having extra maritl affairs at the office. Zero for work culture, zero to team leads and managers.

No Hikes this year as well they said they'll give 5-8% but for peoples who recieved ECR (Early career rewards) they didn't give hike which is quite disappointing. because, worst part is they were only giving 5 % whereas even maid wants 10% hike every year. We work really hard and in return what we hear? that a lateral joinee getting double package while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I have joined infosys for a contratul role and funny thing is even my manager is not sure with my role. He is not sure why he hired me. Once project got stabiled he told to leave on 29 November 2024.then internally got an opportunity to attend interview with a project manager and amazed with his knowledge. He has the knowledge of 5th standard student and expecting the contractual people to have PhD knowledge. Never join in infosys for a C2H role .
