Company culture,very excellent office, very systematic, job security is high. Training period was awesome. As a first company, i will suggest infosys. There is no lay off. They will protect the employees and families and moreover u will be able to learn more. They have some plateform also where we can learn and do its certifications and these are highly encouraged by the manager too.

Dislikes

Dislikes deoends on projects and team actually. For me i was a part of a big project , in that the support was low and there is no work life balance. Its like work continuously and if u have time enjoy ur life. They will tell u to do everything instead of dividing it. Because the other developers will be weak. So other than passing the knowledge they will ask me to do it. There is no appreciation or appraisal but yes this also depends on manager, we will get appreciation on year end rating. Hike is very low. And hike depends on rating too. But yes they won't give much. Max 4 or 5k. The role change is also depending on manager. For periodic role changes there wont be any big hike only 1.5 k something. From sse to ta. Most of the things depends on manager and the project. I have some froends who is working from dc in dc project they are very happy about infosys. So just give a try, if u are getting good projct and a nice manager and a good team u will be doing great in infosys. About learning if u have time there are so many option within infosys where there is certifications too....Read More
