Nothing to like, all are practically bootlickers, only those will survive who licks boots, there are no friends if you think you have you are wrong, nobody will help, toxic manager vinil paliwal and their lead shailendra Pandey and senior manager piyali bagchi running project and forced me to sign resignation even when I was not in their project for more than 1 year

Everything, nothing to like, this is just a company I want to see getting destroyed , especially Kolkata branch all toxic beareaucrates are basically in senior position and in even organisation teams, everything is just money

Salary breakage is worst and they are never disclose this before joining, also they are talking about process but its always change as per the requirement and if you do mistake manager are directly gives you warning and job threat like I will fire you.

I was hired as a contract basis ,I have given 100% I handled H1B visa cases at peak time ,i handled more than 100 cases per day but the manager Deepa didn't recognise and I don't suddenly she terminated me and 2 more members. Still i don't know why she terminated us.

Currently layoffs are going on feom Jan 2025, manager or managemnt targeting the employee to fire, They gave u purposefully bad rating and they can fired because of the same reason, prior to notice and forcefully to.layoff alsp off shore/ onshire managers are envolved in this. It was good that the tab line "Powered by Intellect and Driven by values" was removed at right time. Now neither this organization has any talent left nor the company is able to hire good talent from outside. Infosys believes in piling up Cash Pile and being ecstatic about it always with no money spent on acquisitions or mergers, etc. and depriving the employees of their basic human rights. Recent blunder done by Infosys Founder hasn't realized that a statement made callously could convert the entire IT industry into a Living Hell. I Today, IT employees are being pushed to work for 10-12 hours min and many times incl weekends too. Has the organization forgotten that the profits and cash pile on which the organization sits today is just because of the poor humans who are now being equated to machines making them work like donkeys with not even paying 100% of the CTC committed in papers, stopping promotions and delayed or negligible hikes. How does Mr Murthy think that a human being could ever think of working in Infosys having an all round Toxic culture, no human values, anti-employee policies that just forces the employee to get into a state of shock and awe leading to generating a living body but a dead soul.
