- job security but nowadays that might have changed due to market slowdown - chances to work on good projects if you are lucky

Job security - Good

Dislikes

- monetary policy - a big company with a big hierarchy - horizontal and vertical movement is very difficult - managers always want something extra even though you are working more than 9-5 on weekdays - weekend work is not promoted but it's not stopped also
