Very bad for people from telecom they do not have any projects for them They will never put you on the profile they hired for then will ruin your carrier People are kept on bench for more then 2 years as well

I have 3 yoe in sap basis am currently preparing for interview. And also started to apply for jobs in naukri and indeed almost 30-45 application applied but not got even single interview call. Any tips pls😪. Lost hopes. Thanks in advance ❤
