Big Brand Name. Good Infrastructure. Consistent and proper policies. No micromanagement.

Dislikes

Senior and Group Project managers are not capable enough to lead the project and motivate team. Retention commitments not fulfilling. Senior people near to a project managers Demotivate employees and try to corner. No proper resource planning and available resource need to suffer. Project managers try to push employees to resign if employees don't agree with their working style. One of Oracle Unit practice need to replace its manager.
