Infosys is a company that not only takes care of your technical growth but overall personal growth and aspirations. It is highly focused on employees physical n mental well-being. It is like a Mother in law for whom you need to work hard and I turn she will pamper you too

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Yearly hikes are low as compared to market . Sometimes new people with lesser talent are being paid more that exiting employees with better talent

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
