Pay is very bad. Hike from 2023 is still pending and hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. Although it depends on project, but till now for me it's been good working here, not much pressure and good stability and job security. I get leave whenever I want. I am still working from home after manager's approval, even though infosys have mandated it.

I got into Oracle Retail Domain with PL/SQL and Shell Script work. I was interested into Java because I'd worked in it earlier. I have asked several times to HR and Sr Manager to align me with a better project but they don't care what you want or like. Don't expect anything in Salary and Appraisal/Hike dept. I've been working without any increment from last 3 years.
