The team leaders and managers are the worst. Even if you have leaves, you're not allowed to take them. When asked why, I was told that there was not enough people despite everybody being present at work. Worst company to work for besides Byjuus. No work life balance. Management is incapable of understanding employees.

No one ask you anything. If your work on track. There are plenty of projects. So job security is favorable.

Politics and no hike no promotion for 2years cycle. Cycle is sep to oct. So if you joined after septemper you will get hike after 3 years. Salary is not up to mark. Very low in the market.

1. Finacle unit is the worst unit in Infosys 2.Once you are into one project then the only way to come out of that project is Resignation. They will not let you release even after 2 years also. By mistakenly, if you ask release then managers will start targetting you and will mark you as bad performer even though you are doing goodthroughout all cycles. 3. Another worst thing is no salary hike for the last 2 years. 4.There will be lot of work pressure where you can not attend any internal trainings as well. I was hired as a contract basis ,I have given 100% I handled H1B visa cases at peak time ,i handled more than 100 cases per day but the manager Deepa didn't recognise and I don't suddenly she terminated me and 2 more members. Still i don't know why she terminated us.

Currently layoffs are going on feom Jan 2025, manager or managemnt targeting the employee to fire, They gave u purposefully bad rating and they can fired because of the same reason, prior to notice and forcefully to.layoff alsp off shore/ onshire managers are envolved in this. It was good that the tab line "Powered by Intellect and Driven by values" was removed at right time. Now neither this organization has any talent left nor the company is able to hire good talent from outside. Infosys believes in piling up Cash Pile and being ecstatic about it always with no money spent on acquisitions or mergers, etc. and depriving the employees of their basic human rights. Recent blunder done by Infosys Founder hasn't realized that a statement made callously could convert the entire IT industry into a Living Hell. I Today, IT employees are being pushed to work for 10-12 hours min and many times incl weekends too. Has the organization forgotten that the profits and cash pile on which the organization sits today is just because of the poor humans who are now being equated to machines making them work like donkeys with not even paying 100% of the CTC committed in papers, stopping promotions and delayed or negligible hikes. How does Mr Murthy think that a human being could ever think of working in Infosys having an all round Toxic culture, no human values, anti-employee policies that just forces the employee to get into a state of shock and awe leading to generating a living body but a dead soul.
