Really terrible experience. In the project I was working on no one was supportive and everyone just focuses on shifting work loads to next one and just asking about updates. If youe are asking for Project release then you will be on PIP as per my manager and HR.

Nothing Infosys is chillar company. I think there are losser working there . You life will be hell Project/Bench that's it no skill development no learning only Infosy bill you and make money . Wors part people don't even have curtsey to communicate professionally

Everything. No career . No money growth, chillar company they didn't even afford there employees to have Tea /coffe .just imagine company is such h cheap thra it saves 10/- rs per tea coffe now just imagine for bigger things like bonus , increment, salary hike what they will do

Currently layoffs are going on feom Jan 2025, manager or managemnt targeting the employee to fire, They gave u purposefully bad rating and they can fired because of the same reason, prior to notice and forcefully to.layoff alsp off shore/ onshire managers are envolved in this. Mainly in Telecom projects

Practically speaking and being candid, Infosys has become one of the most annoying and anti-employee culture. It was good that the tab line "Powered by Intellect and Driven by values" was removed at right time. Now neither this organization has any talent left nor the company is able to hire good talent from outside. Once known as an IT bell-weather, now is better known as worst Pay masters with all ethics and human values gone. Infosys believes in piling up Cash Pile and being ecstatic about it always with no money spent on acquisitions or mergers, etc. and depriving the employees of their basic human rights. Recent blunder done by Infosys Founder hasn't realized that a statement made callously could convert the entire IT industry into a Living Hell. I Today, IT employees are being pushed to work for 10-12 hours min and many times incl weekends too. Has the organization forgotten that the profits and cash pile on which the organization sits today is just because of the poor humans who are now being equated to machines making them work like donkeys with not even paying 100% of the CTC committed in papers, stopping promotions and delayed or negligible hikes. How does Mr Murthy think that a human being could ever think of working in Infosys having an all round Toxic culture, no human values, anti-employee policies that just forces the employee to get into a state of shock and awe leading to generating a living body but a dead soul. If anyone wants to join Infosys, pls join if you are not worried about work life balance, if you don't wish to safe guard your retirement life and if you eventually want a dead soul with a living body full of various diseases like High, BP, High Sugar, Spine Issues, Mental disorders, Family Fiascos, Ruined families, Divorces, Etc.
