Worst experience with managers that to on Notice period. Managers are acting like HR's they are taking decision on behalf of HR and employees they are targeting employees on Notice ask them to come to office for all the 5 days . They r using blackmailing words if we are not adhere to them .

Infosys always find ways to steal the Employee salary , It will deduct the hard earned employee salary irrespective of the reasons. Even you get the Outstanding rating for the hardwork you done there is no guarantee that you will get the Hike.
