Work balance is good. Only 2 days of office remaining days wfh. Also the best part I felt was that for 2 days which you are going to office can be also done for only 3.5 hours rest you can do wfh.

It does train you for the hardcore professional corporate world. Be keen to learn and you will find a way to stumble upon something good be it a project, colleagues or even technologies. Take every failures as a learning and success as a part of your professional journey towards your growth. Some managers are quite good , they will reach out to you personally if you require any help.

Dislikes

The work is always there but so does the bench period. Sometimes you will have to settle for the less as it's a lottery based system for assignment of projects for freshers and you will have to be patient in terms of growth. People starting from absolute zero, it will take decades to reach a substantial level of financial security but there is no easy ladder to reach any required level.

This is the worst organisation ever when it's comes as compensation, hikes and promotions.No value for performance. They only compensate and promote people based on their state , degree, religion and caste even if they don't have the bare minimum eligibility to deserve that. Do fall for HR promises. he will no where be in the picture once you are onboarded. They will promise you lot of things before joining but nothing in reality. Lots of hidden items which will not be exposed during your inititial salary discussions. you will end up lesser than what you are earning. They are't transparent. Everything problem, no proper project, no proper facilities to sit if you want to go office you have to chase your seats via application otherwise you will get seats, if you don't go office they wont approve your timesheets so LOP. Initially, they ill say they have all project post on boarding even if your IL employee they ill put into BPO projects which will start by 10PM to 5AM. no promotions no appraisal from the company if you ask about appraisal manager will say its the company's decision. if they decided not to give appraisal or promotion then what is the use of filling goals and other stuff? it's all joke in this environment, this is only for selected regions people and who don't want to work or maintain the dignity in work place....Read More

From a fresher perspective, the campus, the exposure to IT world is a great experience and you can learn with infosys learning platform lex. It's a great start.

Dislikes

From a fresher perspective, You will get project based on your luck or if you know someone in there who can pull you into their project. The growth is not much for fresher people. People have to leave the company after 2.5-3 years to grow. Because for the same amount of work, the market salary will be minimum of 3x times. Even for senior roles also, the hikes and all is bare minimum.
