Salary is very low as per market. No hike much. We don't get variable pay at least 50 Percent. If you get onsite opportunity then fine else we don't get much salary. No work life balance.

Dislikes

No working life balance, no work culture. You are forced to work for 14 hours a day even if you are wfh employee. Often clients of western countries call you at 2:00 to 3:00AM IST. Some of your seniors who are sent to abroad force you to on camera and present which is difficult as per Indian mid night time. They say weekend off however like kids you get home works.

I was working for BPM. Where you will be disappointing with appraisal. Very complex HR support might help while you want explore job within BPM. You love the campus area.

For US shift employees it would be disappointing with facilities like gym which not operate in night swimming pool- which is only for day shift employees IT support- you suppose to connect them in day time Shift Allowance - For US shift- 2000 rs per month UK shift- Rs 1500 rs per month

They will give/change freshers to random projects for every 5,6 months and we will not have proper continuous experience on one domain. If we tell that we are not ok with particular project they will not change and team managers will threat us stating ur career will end soon, we will red mark to your reference letter.

Companies will ask for Knowlege gain on multiple things but 95% you will time will not get any oppertunity to work on those technology . For a quality of of work/technology quality of project also required thats actually not in the hand of Inforsys of any other service base company like infosys. Forget about good salary hike . No projects no helping no good environment for freshers they wasting freshers golden time putting bench for 2-3yrs and doing forceful resignation no work ethics no future for freshers. For freshers they expecting experience to move into a project.

I am personally able to work on my professional and personal life balance. Salary wise yes everyone wants to earn more but the level of work i am doing i am getting paid for the same. I can't expect to work as an associate and dream to earn CEO salary.

Dislikes

Project allocation for lateral takes huge time. Only 5 days leave for each quarter of month. Very Less pay even for niche technology. 90% project here are support role no development work. Hike is very less sometimes no hike also. Offer letter shows high pay but in-hand salary will be very very less.

During pregnancy puts me in PIP when i returned from maternity leave even after clearing PIP gives bad ratings . May be they will asked me to resign in coming weeks I am single mother i dont know how i can deal with it

Do fall for HR promises. he will no where be in the picture once you are onboarded. They will promise you lot of things before joining but nothing in reality. Lots of hidden items which will not be exposed during your inititial salary discussions. you will end up lesser than what you are earning. They are't transparent. Apart from skill development, there has been nothing so far.

Everything problem, no proper project, no proper facilities to sit if you want to go office you have to chase your seats via application otherwise you will get seats, if you don't go office they wont approve your timesheets so LOP. Initially, they ill say they have all project post on boarding even if your IL employee they ill put into BPO projects which will start by 10PM to 5AM. no promotions no appraisal from the company if you ask about appraisal manager will say its the company's decision. if they decided not to give appraisal or promotion then what is the use of filling goals and other stuff? it's all joke in this environment, this is only for selected regions people and who don't want to work or maintain the dignity in work place....Read More
